TRADING HALT

Reference is made to the announcement made by Hong Kong Television Network Limited (the “Company”) on 19 May 2015 in relation to the application for judicial review in respect of the decision of the Chief Executive in Council made on 15 October 2013 in refusing to approve the Company’s application for a domestic free television programme service licence in Hong Kong submitted on 31 December 2009.

At the request of the Company, trading in the shares of the Company has been halted with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 6 April 2016 pending the release of an announcement in relation to the judgment of the case above-mentioned to be handed down by the Court of Appeal at 10:00 a.m.
