Note 7. Other income	Note 7. Other Income As described in Note 6 above, the Company received payment of $304,273 from Maxim Group LLC, as full and final settlement of its previously disclosed arbitration between the Company and Maxim that was settled in December 2019. The $304,273 was recorded as other income in the Statement of Operations.

The entire disclosure for other income or other expense items (both operating and nonoperating). Sources of nonoperating income or nonoperating expense that may be disclosed, include amounts earned from dividends, interest on securities, profits (losses) on securities, net and miscellaneous other income or income deductions.
