Subsequent Events [Text Block]	*Note 14 – Subsequent Events* Stock Option Liability On August 4, 2012, the NCR Option matured without being exercised. As such, DCT reclassed the fair value of NCR Option, on the maturity date, from liabilities to additional paid in capital.
