Ohio Legacy Corp Announces
Vote at Annual Shareholders Meeting
 
WOOSTER, Ohio – May 22, 2009 -- Shareholders of Ohio Legacy Corp (Nasdaq: OLCB) voted at the 2009 annual meeting of shareholders to elect four directors.
 
Speaking at the Company's annual meeting held May 19, 2009, President and Chief Executive Officer D. Michael Kramer discussed several topics, including fiscal year 2008 results, 2009 projections and other industry and economic trends and factors. The presentation can be viewed on the Company’s website at www.ohiolegacycorp.com.
 
Elected directors are J. Edward Diamond, Daniel H. Plumly, D. William Allen and Scott J. Fitzpatrick.
