On February 5, Ohio Legacy Corp (the Company) announced that Scott E. Dodds’ and Derek G. Williams’ employment with the Company terminated on January 30, 2009.

Effective February 4, 2009, the Board of Directors named Vanessa M. Richards, age 49, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ohio Legacy Bank. Mrs. Richards was hired by the Company as Vice President-Treasury in 2007.
