Rental Income	16. Rental Income During the year ended December 31, 2022, the Company entered into a sublease agreement for its warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The sublease commenced on September 15, 2022, and will end on May 31, 2024 at $15,515 ($19,992 CAD) per month. During the three months ended March 31, 2024, the Company recognized rental income of $45,353 (2023 - $44,456).
