Recent Accounting Pronouncements

On July 18, 2013, the Financial Accounting Standards Board (“FASB”) issued Accounting Standards Update (“ASU”) ASU 2013-11, Income Taxes (Topic 740) (ASU 2013-11), which provides final guidance that requires an entity to net its liability for unrecognized tax positions against a net operating loss carryforward, a similar tax loss or a tax credit carryforward when settlement in this manner is available under the tax law. The provisions of this new guidance were effective as of the beginning of the Company's 2014 year.  The adoption of this new guidance did not have a material impact on on the Company’s consolidated financial statements.
