Collateralized Transactions	8. Collateralized Transactions Securities Borrowed Securities borrowed transactions are recorded at the contractual amount for which the securities will be returned plus accrued interest. As of September 30, 2015, the Company has not entered into any securities borrowed transactions. As of December 31, 2014, the Company entered into securities borrowed transactions of $62.7 million to cover failed trades. Securities Loaned As of September 30, 2015, the Company has Securities loaned transactions of $54.7 million with CF&Co. The market value of the securities lent was $56.4 million. The cash collateral received from CF&Co bears an interest rate of 0.64%. Securities loaned transactions are included in “Securities loaned” in the Company’s unaudited condensed consolidated statements of financial condition.
