Options to purchase 37,161 and 44,161 shares of common stock were outstanding at December 31, 2015 and 2014, respectively, but were not included in the computation of diluted EPS because the options’ exercise price was greater than the average market price of the common shares.    As of December 31, 2016, the exercise price for all options was lower than the average market price of the common shares.
