MutualFirst Financial, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend

MUNCIE, Ind., Aug. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- MutualFirst Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: MFSF), the holding company of MutualBank, has announced the Company will pay a cash dividend of $ .14 per share for the third quarter of 2016. The dividend will be payable on September 23, 2016 to shareholders of record on September 9, 2016.

"This dividend continues the solid delivery of value to our shareholders," said David W. Heeter, President and CEO. The Company and its subsidiary MutualBank are well capitalized and strong by all regulatory standards.

MutualFirst Financial, Inc. is the parent company of MutualBank, an Indiana-based financial institution since 1889. MutualBank has thirty-one full-service retail financial centers in Delaware, Elkhart, Grant, Kosciusko, Randolph, St. Joseph and Wabash Counties in Indiana.
