Note 18:Stockholders’ Equity

Without prior approval, current regulations allow the Bank to pay dividends to the Company not exceeding retained net income for the previous two calendar years and the current year.  In the event the Bank becomes unable to pay dividends to the Company, the Company may not be able to service its debt, pay its other obligations or pay dividends on its common stock.  At December 31, 2014, the Bank was not able to pay dividends without prior regulatorynotification.
