MutualFirst Financial, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend
MUNCIE, Ind., May 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- MutualFirst Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: MFSF), the holding company of MutualBank, has announced the Company will pay a cash dividend of $ .06 per share for the second quarter of 2012. The dividend will be payable on June 22, 2012 to shareholders of record on June 8, 2012.
The Company's subsidiary, MutualBank, is well capitalized and strong by all regulatory standards.
MutualBank, an Indiana-based financial institution, has thirty-two full-service retail financial centers in Delaware, Elkhart, Grant, Kosciusko, Randolph, St. Joseph and Wabash Counties in Indiana.
