MutualFirst Financial, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend

MUNCIE, Ind., Feb. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- MutualFirst Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq: MFSF), the holding company of MutualBank, has announced the Company will pay a cash dividend of $ .06 per share for the first quarter of 2011.  The dividend will be payable on March 25, 2011 to shareholders of record on March 11, 2011.

" MutualFirst is pleased to pay this dividend," said David W. Heeter President and Chief Executive Officer.  Heeter continued, "We continue to be pleased with our performance during these challenging times."

The Company's subsidiary, MutualBank, is well capitalized and strong by all regulatory standards.
