MutualFirst Financial, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend

MUNCIE, Ind., Nov. 24, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MutualFirst Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq: MFSF), the holding company of MutualBank, has announced the Company will pay a cash dividend of $.06 per share for the fourth quarter of 2010.  The dividend will be payable on December 24, 2010 to shareholders of record on December 12, 2010.

"We are pleased to pay this quarterly dividend.  Although challenges still exist, we have been able to grow capital in addition to paying this dividend," said David W.
