M&F Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) has consolidated its Bylaws and all amendments into a single document known as the Restated Bylaws. This document does not include any additional amendments to the Bylaws. A copy of the Company’s Restated Bylaws is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
