Employee Retirement Plan The Company’s employees are eligible, after completing three months of service, to participate in a 401(k) plan (the “Plan”) sponsored by Aerosonic Corporation. Under the terms of the Plan, employees may contribute up to 15% of their gross earnings subject to IRS limitations. The Company may match up to 100% of the first 3% of employees’ contributions. The Company’s matching contributions to the Plan were $273,000 and $222,000 for the years ended January 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively and are included in selling, general and administrative expenses.
