Intangible asset amortization expense for the three months ended March 31, 2014 and 2013 was $670 and $616. Assuming no change in the gross carrying value of identifiable intangible assets and estimated lives, estimated amortization expense for the remainder of 2014 will be $1,752, and for each of the next five years estimated amortization expense amounts to $2,050 for 2015, $1,941 for 2016, $1,553 for 2017, $1,117 for 2018, and $1,117 for 2019.
