Related Party Transactions

(i) During the three months ended June 30, 2022, YeeTah Financial charged YeeTah US$9,690 (2021: US$11,610) commission expenses in relation to insurance referral services rendered by YeeTah Financial.

(iii) During the three months ended June 30, 2022, Huihe Zheng advanced US$59,804 (2021: US$119,805) to the Company to support its operations.
