(a) Resignation of Gregory Graves
On June 10, 2019, Gregory Graves, a member of the Board of Directors (the Board) of Plug Power Inc. (the Company) since 2017, notified the Company of his decision to resign from the Board effective immediately. Mr. Gravess resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company regarding any matter relating to the Companys operations, policies or practices. Mr. Graves served as the chairman of the Boards Audit Committee.
