PLUG POWER ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF

BOARD MEMBER JEFFREY DRAZAN

 

LATHAM, NY – October 15, 2010 – Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUG), a leader in providing clean, reliable energy solutions, today announces that Jeffrey M. Drazan has resigned from the Board of Directors of Plug Power Inc.
