Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Business Acquisitions Effective July 19, 2022, we acquired all of the outstanding equity ownership interests of GCommerce, Inc., a leading EDI provider within the automotive aftermarket industry. Pursuant to the definitive agreement, the purchase price of approximately $45 million was paid in cash at closing, and is subject to post-closing adjustments.
