Cash Equivalents Cash Equivalents    Cash equivalents are represented by operating accounts or money market accounts maintained with insured financial institutions which consist of highly liquid investments that mature in three months or less from date of purchase.    The Company maintains a significant portion of its cash and cash equivalents in funds with a financial institution that is not covered by FDIC insurance. As of December 31, 2019, and 2018, the Company had uninsured cash balances in this fund of $603,904 and $201,540, respectively.    The Company has not experienced any losses in such accounts. The Company does not believe there is significant credit risk related to its cash and cash equivalents.
