Subsequent Events	7. Subsequent events On May 21, 2014, the Company entered into the IQstream Patent Sale Agreement, pursuant to which the Company agreed to sell the IQstream Patents for $0.3 million. The sale of the IQstream Patents was completed on May 22, 2014.
