On April 12, 2013, Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. (“Spectrum Brands”; NYSE: SPB), a majority owned subsidiary of Harbinger Group Inc. (“HGI”; NYSE: HRG), issued a press release announcing that it will issue its fiscal 2013 second quarter financial results and host a live conference call and webcast on Tuesday, April 30, 2013. Interested parties should read Spectrum Brands’ announcements and public filings regarding the date, time and access information and any related changes with respect to the foregoing.
