On January 5, 2017, Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. (“Spectrum Brands”; NYSE: SPB), a majority owned subsidiary of HRG Group, Inc. (“HRG”; NYSE: HRG), issued a press release announcing that it will release its fiscal 2017 first quarter financial results, and will host a live conference call and webcast on January 26, 2017.
