Crestview Partners GP, L.P. is the general partner of Crestview Partners, L.P., Crestview Partners (PF), L.P., Crestview Holdings (TE), L.P., Crestview Partners (ERISA), L.P. and Crestview Offshore Holdings (Cayman), L.P.
