(OTC BB: IASIF.OB) (the "Company") today announced that it had distributed a report to the Company's shareholders concerning the progress of the Company's voluntary liquidation and that it will make an initial distribution to shareholders. The Company will make an initial distribution of $1.46 per share to shareholders of record as of July 10, 2002, the date that the Company share register was closed upon the filing of the Plan of Dissolution. This amount represents approximately 85 percent of the currently estimated net assets of the Company available for distribution. The distribution will be effected by the Bank of New York, the company's distribution agent, and is expected to take place on or about April 4, 2003. An estimated final distribution of $0.26 per share to members will be made upon completion of the liquidation, which the Company expects to occur by July 2004. However, this estimate is subject to change. Events which could cause the Company to change its estimate include amounts realized by collection of book debts, the progress of the liquidation, any litigation in which the Company is involved and unknown liabilities.
