Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
During Lamar Advertising Company’s fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2009 conference call held on February 25, 2010, the Company mistakenly stated in response to a question from an analyst that revenue related to digital billboards for the quarter ended December 31, 2009 was up approximately $6 million over the fourth quarter of 2008. The correct statement should have been that revenue related to digital billboards for the quarter ended December 31, 2009 was up approximately $3 million over the fourth quarter of 2008, an 11% increase.
