Fair Value of Financial Instruments	Fair Value of Financial Instruments The carrying amounts reported in the balance sheet for cash and cash equivalents, accounts payable, notes payable, and accrued expenses approximate fair value based on the short-term maturity of those instruments. The carrying value of convertible notes payable – related parties approximate its fair value as of March 31, 2020 and December 31, 2019 as the interest rate on the notes approximate market rates.
