ISSUANCE OF SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES

On 10 March 2023, HSBC Holdings plc issued EUR1,500,000,000 4.752% Fixed to Floating Rate Notes due 2028 (the '2028 Notes') and EUR1,250,000,000 4.787% Fixed to Floating Rate Notes due 2032 (the '2032 Notes', and together with the 2028 Notes, the 'Notes') under its Debt Issuance Programme.

Application will be made to list the Notes on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trade the Notes on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc.
