Other Events.

On October 6, 2010, the Company was notified by the USPTO that the USPTO had issued a final notice in its second reexamination of the Company’s U.S. Patent No. 6,233,389, entitled “Multimedia Time Warping System,” re-confirming the validity of all the patent’s claims at issue. The Company has current legal proceedings pending against EchoStar, AT&T and Verizon for infringement of the “Multimedia Time Warping System” patent.
