Stock Compensation Costs	Note 6. Stock Compensation Costs Stock compensation costs, resulting from stock options issued June 1, 2012, were $13,356 for the three months ended August 31, 2015 and 2014, respectively. The unexpensed cost at August 31, 2015 totaled $40,068.

The entire disclosure for compensation-related costs for equity-based compensation, which may include disclosure of policies, compensation plan details, allocation of equity compensation, incentive distributions, equity-based arrangements to obtain goods and services, deferred compensation arrangements, employee stock ownership plan details and employee stock purchase plan details.
