Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
 
On June 28, 2024, Greystone Logistics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing approval by the Company’s Board of Directors of a stock repurchase program, pursuant to which the Company is authorized to purchase up to $1 million of its common stock over 12 months. Repurchases pursuant to the stock repurchase program are expected to commence during the second fiscal quarter of 2024.
 
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
