RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 13. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company had received short-term expense advances from its founders. For the years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021, the amounts outstanding were $15,000 for each year and recorded as a component of accounts payable on the accompanying consolidated balance sheets. During the year ended December 31, 2022, the Company paid $60,000 to a member of the Board of Directors for approved consulting services.
