Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Event On October 24, 2011, David W. Kenny resigned as the Company's president and as a Director. The Board of Directors elected Paul Sagan to the position of president; Mr. Sagan retains his titles of Chief Executive Officer and Director.
