Micromem Technologies Inc. Amends Warrant Terms

Toronto, New York, November 12, 2013: Micromem Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) (CNSX: MRM, OTCBB: MMTIF) announces a total of 1,105,026 warrants have been extended to expire six months from the current expiry and re-priced from $0.41USD and $0.45USD to $0.50USD. These warrants were originally issued in connection with private placements completed in 2010.

The Company also announces 500,000 Common Shares were issued by the Company through a warrant exercise for total proceeds of $110,000.CDN. These Warrants were originally issued in connection with financings completed in 2010. The proceeds from the offering will be used for general working capital purposes and the Common Shares and Warrants will be subject to resale restrictions.
