Subsequent Events	11. Subsequent Events On May 1, 2013, the Company acquired TriTek, pursuant to the terms of an Agreement and Plan of Merger, for approximately $18.5 million, of which approximately $13.2 million was cash and $5.3 million was Company common stock issued at closing. TriTek is an IBM-focused enterprise content management and business process management consulting firm. The acquisition of TriTek will further enhance the Company’s existing capabilities and further positions the Company as the IBM solution provider of choice for enterprises across North America.
