On October 12, 2010, Move, Inc. (the “Company”) was notified by Geraldine B. Laybourne, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, of her decision to resign as a Director effective as of December 31, 2010. Ms. Laybourne, founder of Oxygen Media, LLC, joined the Company’s Board of Directors in June of 2006. Ms. Laybourne has been a valued member of the Company’s Board of Directors and the Company thanks her for her tremendous contributions to the Company.
