    On December 1, 2005, Pennsylvania Commerce Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that D. Scott Huggins, 55, has been appointed as a member of the bank’s senior executive management team, holding the position of chief risk officer. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
