Subsequent Events	Note U – Subsequent Events Effective June 1, 2017, we made certain organizational changes impacting the internal reporting and management structure of Packaging Solutions. As a result of these organizational changes, management responsibilities and internal reporting were realigned, moving from the Steel Processing operating segment to the Engineered Cabs operating segment, where we expect to achieve synergies in design engineering and manufacturing development. On June 2, 2017, the Company acquired AMTROL, a leading manufacturer of pressure cylinders and water system tanks with operations in the U.S. and Europe. The total purchase price was $283,000,000 and is subject to adjustment based on closing working capital. A portion of the purchase price was used to settle certain indebtedness and other liabilities assumed by the Company in the transaction. The acquisition was funded primarily with cash on hand.
