Subsequent Events	Note U – Subsequent Events On June 26, 2015, the Company announced the closure of its stainless steel business, PSM. The Company is in the process of winding down operations and expects to complete the exit of the facility by December 2015. The Company estimates that the closure will result in restructuring charges in the range of $1,000,000 to $1,500,000, primarily due to severance costs.
