Item 8.01Other Events.

On January 23, 2020, the board of directors of Resources Connection, Inc. (“Resources” or “the Company”) approved a dividend to $0.14 per share on the Company’s common stock.  The dividend is payable March 19, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 20, 2020.  The Company’s board of directors will assess and approve future dividends quarterly.
