Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 23, 2014, the board of directors of Resources Connection,
Inc. (“Resources” or “the Company”) declared a regular quarterly
dividend of $0.07 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend
is payable on March 20, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of
business on February 20, 2014. The Company’s board of directors will
assess and approve future dividends quarterly.

Resources Global Professionals Announces Dividend Payment Date
IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--January 28, 2014--Resources Global Professionals (“RGP”), the operating subsidiary of Resources Connection, Inc. (NASDAQ: RECN), announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share, payable on March 20, 2014 to all shareholders of record on February 20, 2014.
