Pacific Continental Announces Title Change

for Seattle Market Executive Officer

Singh named as Pacific Continental’s president, greater Seattle market

SEATTLE, WA, April 24, 2008 – Pacific Continental Corporation (NASDAQ: PCBK), the bank holding company for Pacific Continental Bank, today announced a title change for Basant Singh; effective immediately Singh’s new title will be president, greater Seattle market.

Singh’s new title reflects his top executive leadership role within the bank’s greater Seattle market. Additionally, the title change emphasizes Pacific Continental’s desire to more closely align senior management with its clients’ banking relationships. Singh joined Pacific Continental Bank in November 2005 after serving as the President and CEO of Northwest Business Bank.
