Twelve Months ended December 31, 2022

The Company has issued 4,448,061 shares of our common stock to Professional service providers as payment for their services. As at March 31, 2023, the Company has as common stock issued and outstanding, 182,370,497 held by more than 169 shareholders.

Warrants

No warrants were issued or outstanding as at March 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022.

The Company has never adopted a stock option plan and has never issued any stock options.
