The Company has 1 and 1 shares of preferred stock were issued and outstanding as at March 31, 2022 and December 31, 2021.

Common Stock

The Company is authorized to issue 200,000,000 shares of common stock with a par value of $0.001 as at March 31, 2022 and December 31, 2021.

Three Months ended March 31, 2022

The Company has issued 177,922,436 shares of our common stock to more than 163 shareholders as at March 31, 2022 and December 31, 2021 respectively.

Warrants
