Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 24, 2020, J2 Global, Inc. (the “Company”) will participate in the JMP Securities Technology Conference. A Webcast of the Conference will be available at http://wsw.com/webcast/jmp41/jcom/.
On February 25, 2020, the Company will participate in the J.P. Morgan 2020 Global High Yield & Leveraged Finance Conference. A Webcast will be available via J.P. Morgan at a later date.
As part of the Company’s participation in the conferences, the Company is reaffirming its previously issued financial estimates for fiscal 2019.
