Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On August 12 and 13, 2019, Scott Turicchi, Chief Financial Officer of J2 Global, Inc. (the “Company”); Sean Alford, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development - Digital Media of the Company; and Alan Steier, Vice President, Corporate Finance of the Company, will participate in the 21st Annual KeyBanc Technology Leadership Forum. No Webcast is available.
On August 15, 2019, Scott Turicchi, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will participate in the Oppenheimer Midwest Corporate Access Day. No Webcast is available.
As part of the Company’s participation in the conferences, the Company is reaffirming its previously issued financial estimates for fiscal 2019.
