Item 7.01.  Regulation FD Disclosure

On September 13, 2017 and September 14, 2017, R. Scott Turicchi, the President and Chief Financial Officer of j2 Global, Inc. (the "Company"), will present at the Credit Suisse HOLT Under Followed Opportunities Conference in Boston, Massachusetts and New York, New York, respectively. No Webcast is available.

As part of the presentation, the Company is reaffirming previously issued financial estimates for fiscal 2017.
