REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
 
On March 6, 2012, R. Scott Turicchi, the President of j2 Global, Inc. (the “Company”), spoke at the Raymond James’ 33rd Annual Institutional Investors Conference (the “Presentation”).  On March 6, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing the Presentation, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. As part of the Presentation, the Company reaffirmed its previously issued financial estimates for fiscal 2012 of revenues between $345 to $365 million and Non-GAAP net earnings per diluted share to be approximately the same as for 2011.  It is anticipated that the normalized tax rate for 2012 (exclusive of the release of certain FIN 48 reserves) will be between 24% and 26%.
